| 1) |
Amount paid towards purchase of the products among the various product/ services offered shall not be refunded under any circumstances, instead they shall pay the balance amount collect product/services desired. |

| 2) |
All the commissions and the Awards and Rewards or the Incentives shown depends upon the hard work of the independent Business Associates
and The Company is not liable to any claim or commission or incentives of any type if the IBA'S are not qualified for the same. |

| 3) |
The company recognizes the introducer as shown on the first entered original order form completed, dated, signed by the applicant and entered
into company computer system. |

| 4) |
The Independent Business Associates shall hand overall the money payable by way of
purchasing product / services from the new purchaser for the
products of the company's authorized centers or C.S.C (Customer Service Center)- (25 per the
list of centers published from the time to time and
circulated). The company shall not be responsible for the payments or remittances made at
any other place or to any independent Business
Associates other than the company's authorized Persons. |

| 5) |
Upon death of the Independent Business Associates, the right and responsibilities of the independent Business Associate are passed on to the rightful nominee as per the law. the nominee shall be bound by the terms and condition of the original independent Business Associates agreement and abide by The Company's rules and regulation. |

| 6) |
The company shall have the right to make any amendment if necessary at any time and the Independent Business Associates shall abide by such changes. |

| 7) |
Company Management Reserves the rights to reject any application without assigning any reason permit. |
| |
|
| 8) |
The Product Prices are inclusive of all taxes as per the Government Rules and Regulations. |

| 9) |
In case any IBA'S does not activity against the interest of the company the company shall be at liberty to take disciplinary action against the IBA's including suspension & termination of his / her agency. At any given point of time.

| 10) |
If any dispute regarding the products and services or commissions or incentives any policy or system of Raj Rajeshwari will be solved by the arbitrator appointed by the company and subject to the jurisdictions of the company.

All the Stationery of any kind is Strictly for Private Circulation Only. |
